Cajun prawn Soup recipe
Cajun prawn Soup ingredients list:
- 8 cups of chicken stock.
- 2 teaspoons of Louisiana hot sauce.
- 1 cup of chopped green onions.
- ½ cup of chopped celery.
- Salt, to taste.
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, diced.
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 cup of chopped parsley.
- 1 ½ cups of dry white wine.
- 2 lbs of prawn, chopped.
Instructions for Cajun prawn Soup:
- Put all of the ingredients except the prawn in the chicken stock.
- Bring to boil and then lower heat.
- Cover, and cook for 45 minutes.
- Add prawn and simmer for another 30 minutes.
